Episode 1: Fleur The Animation follows a young office worker whose admiration for his capable and attractive editor, Ms. Shinonome, gradually develops into an increasingly intimate relationship. Although she is his superior at work, their mutual attraction creates a tension that becomes difficult for either of them to ignore. Ms. Shinonome is portrayed as a diligent and considerate editor who frequently pushes herself to meet demanding professional expectations. The protagonist has long been fascinated by her composed appearance and glasses, but his private fantasies begin to blur with reality when circumstances bring them closer together. When the two become involved in research for a new erotic manga, Ms. Shinonome agrees to participate in role-playing intended to help with the project. What begins as professional research quickly creates an atmosphere of romantic and physical tension, giving the protagonist an opportunity to see a more playful and intimate side of his usually serious editor. The story develops around their growing attraction, workplace relationship, and the boundary between professional collaboration and private desire. Fleur The Animation combines office romance, adult comedy, and erotic drama in a compact OVA format centered on the relationship between the protagonist and Ms. Shinonome.
