Watch Kyokugen Chikan Tokuiten 3 The Animation Episode 1

Episode 1: Kusakabe Kiichi is a mysterious man who moves through crowded trains while keeping his identity hidden beneath a hood. Possessing an unusual ability to perceive the desires of the women around him, Kiichi uses his highly developed finger techniques to manipulate their emotions and draw them toward pleasure. His activities take place against the backdrop of packed late-night trains, where the anonymity of the crowd allows him to remain difficult to identify. Among the people who become caught up in his actions is Iori Fudo, a proud student at Reimeikan University who does not believe that men such as the notorious 'Chikan' actually exist. Treating the stories as little more than an urban legend, Iori decides to investigate the late-night trains herself in an attempt to determine whether the rumors have any truth behind them. Her investigation quickly exposes her to the reality she had dismissed. Iori encounters genuine predators within the crowded train environment and becomes a victim herself, leaving her frightened and vulnerable. At the height of the incident, Kiichi intervenes and appears to rescue her from the immediate danger. However, his presence introduces another form of uncertainty because the man who saves Iori is himself connected to the very behavior she had been investigating. Rather than simply ending the danger, Kiichi's involvement creates a new power dynamic in which Iori becomes exposed to his unusual techniques. The story follows the contrast between Iori's initial confidence and the increasingly difficult circumstances that follow her decision to investigate the rumors. Kiichi's mysterious ability to recognize hidden desires forms the central supernatural element, while the train setting provides a confined environment where encounters can quickly become threatening. The narrative combines urban-legend mystery, public transportation, and adult psychological manipulation, with Iori's investigation serving as the primary route into the story.
